1. Introduction

At KCAA Enterprise Inc. (doing business as Branex) (referred to as “KCAA Enterprise Inc.”, “Branex”, “we,” “our,” “us” in this policy), we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are allowed up to 90 days after the date the order is invoiced. The invoice date is the date when your order is confirmed and processed, and you receive an email notification from us confirming your order.

Please note that we currently do not offer sales or shipments to customers located in the European Union.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return.
  • Perishable goods, including food, beverages, and other consumables with expiration dates, may be eligible for return if they are unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Tobacco and nicotine-containing products may be eligible for return if they are unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Opened or used tobacco and nicotine products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations enforced by the FDA.

Product Variances
Products may vary in appearance, packaging, or specifications due to manufacturer updates. These variances do not constitute grounds for a return unless the product is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@branexwholesale.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Items returned without a return authorization number may not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item(s): You may return your item(s) by shipping or in person. If shipping, pack the item(s) securely and include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. For in-person returns, no invoice copy is needed.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable if you paid for shipping on your original order.
  • Your refund will be issued in the form of store credit only. No cash refunds or original payment refunds will be provided.
  • Store credit will be issued immediately once the returned item(s) are confirmed to meet the conditions outlined in Section 3 (Conditions for Returns). The store credit will then be automatically applied to your account and can be used toward future purchases.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs to send the product to you will also be non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if applicable.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perishable goods, including food and beverages, due to health and safety regulations enforced by the FDA.
  • Opened tobacco and nicotine-containing products, which are subject to FDA regulations.
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipment, please contact us immediately at support@branexwholesale.com so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you with a replacement or refund in the form of store credit.

Defective or damaged items, including tobacco and nicotine-containing products, must be reported within the return window. These items are subject to FDA regulations and must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for return.
