(doing business as Branex) (referred to as “KCAA Enterprise Inc.”, “Branex”, “we,” “our,” “us” in this policy), we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are allowed up to 90 days after the date the order is invoiced. The invoice date is the date when your order is confirmed and processed, and you receive an email notification from us confirming your order.

Please note that we currently do not offer sales or shipments to customers located in the European Union.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return.
  • Perishable goods, including food, beverages, and other consumables with expiration dates, may be eligible for return if they are unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Tobacco and nicotine-containing products may be eligible for return if they are unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Opened or used tobacco and nicotine products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations enforced by the FDA.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@branexwholesale.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Items returned without a return authorization number may not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item(s): Pack the item(s) securely and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@branexwholesale.com with your order number and details about the defect or damage.

Defective or damaged tobacco and nicotine products must be reported within the return window. These items are subject to FDA regulations, and we will process returns or exchanges in compliance with these laws.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs to send the product to you will also be non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if applicable.

The following items are not eligible for return:

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
